NEC DUO Monitor for PC Engine

Summary

The DUO Monitor is a portable LCD display for the PC Engine Duo console. With a sales price of more than €600, NEC accessories were launched on the Japanese market in September 1991 and were more clearly priced above the console itself ($399 USD); no wonder it found few buyers and is now a collector’s item. On the 4 inch display you can not only watch the games, but also TV programs, because the DUO monitor integrates a receiver. During transport, the display is well protected and in operation, it is positioned like a triangle.
