Steel Battalion

Summary

In the robot simulation Steel Battalion, the player controls walking combat robots in various war scenarios. For the games Steel Battalion and Steel Battalion: Line of Contact, the Japanese video game company Capcom designs its own controller, which cost around 200 euros when released. In a limited edition it is also available in Germany (about 500 pieces). The controller is unique in its size and input options. On the table module there are two joysticks, a lever to choose from different gears, about 40 switches and buttons, as well as a rotary knob and eject button. Another module also contains three foot pedals. The games are exclusive to Microsoft Xbox and can only be controlled by the controller, for this controller there are only these two titles.
