match COLOR JOY-STICK
Summary
match was a German manufacturer that released several consoles in 1977 and 1978. These included the JOY-STICK, with three games: football, squash and tennis. Alongside the game selector is a control for amateur, skilled and professional levels and automatic speed, plus two toggle switches for 1 or 2 players and automatic or manual operation. Two switches reset the game and serve the ball. Little is known about the JOY-STICK. The visually similar match SD-01c has rotary controls instead of a stick and includes a battery compartment. The SD-01c uses the General Instruments AY-3-8500 chip, whereas the JOY-STICK contains an unidentified NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR chip.
