Sega Power Memory for Sega Saturn (HSS-0111, HSS-0138)

Summary
Unlike, for example, Sony PlayStation, the Sega Saturn console has a small internal memory of 32 KiB, in which game levels can be stored. It has a small battery for that. In addition, exchangeable memory cards can be introduced that have more memory and can also be exchanged. Sega itself offers with the Backup Memory, in North America also called Back-Up RAM Cartridge or Power Memory in Japan, a memory card of 512 KiB, i.e. 16 times more than the internal memory.
The first version of the expansion appeared in Japan in 1994 with model number HSS-0111. Almost 2 years later, an updated version appeared with model number HSS-0138.
