Summary

Universum is the electronics brand of the former Quelle mail-order business (later Arcandor). It offered many Pong consoles in the 1970s, including the TV-Multi-Spiel 2006 from 1977. This console produces only a monochrome signal and uses General Instruments’ AY-3-8500 chip for six standard games: Pelota, Squash, Football, Tennis, Shooting 1 and Shooting 2. Its case looks yellowed, but that was its original colour. A light gun was available as an option.
