ActionMax Game System by Worlds of Wonder

ActionMax Game System
Summary
Worlds of Wonder was a U.S. company that launched the ActionMax Game System (also ACTIONMAX) in 1987. The type of data carrier is particularly interesting on the device. Games were inscribed on the tapes of special VHS cassettes, so the player was forced to connect the ActionMax Game System to a VHS recorder. In addition, it was necessary to equip the TV screen in a corner with a special sensor. In fact, only Light Gun-like game concepts for the ActionMax Game System could be implemented meaningfully. The total number of titles for the system is therefore very small.
