Roll N’ Rocker
Summary
The Roll N’ Rocker, developed by LJN Toys, is an accessory for the NES. Under the disc is a kind of ball, so the player has to balance in different directions, similar to the Pogo ball from the 1980s. By tilting into different dimensions, the player triggers actions. In order to operate the A and B buttons in addition, a standard NES controller had to be connected and operated. In practice, the Roll N’ Rocker is too slow as a controller, because people can’t move their bodies as fast as their fingers.
